How do I move the TaskBar and the Start Menu?

Intended For
Windows Vista
Windows XP
Windows 2003
Windows 2000
Windows Me
Windows 98
Windows 95
Right-click an empty portion of the taskbar, and turn off the Lock the taskbar option (do nothing if there's no checkmark next to it). Next, grab a blank portion of the taskbar with the mouse and start dragging.

Note: there's no way to move the Start Menu button from side to side - bad news for right-handed users.
